Hello! I'm Rachael. I'm a wife, mom and nerd extraordinaire.
I love chasing my two sons around, everything Disney and Star Wars, and (of course) photography.
Wedding photography is what feeds my soul. I love the overwhelming joy that weddings bring out in people, and the details that have been so meticulously planned.
**Fly on the wall**
I try to be completely unnoticed, waiting for the perfect moments. I do everything I can to not draw attention and sneak around without anyone noticing. Those candid moments are the memories you want to cherish for the rest of your life.
**I’ve got you, babe**
Being photographed can feel awkward. I get it. I always end up with a goofy face the second I’m in front of one. I've built my direction style around my own feeling of awkward. I'll give you lots of direction that is dynamic and engaging, so you aren’t so pose-y. You won't have to worry about a thing.
**No taking you away from the party**
Wedding photography is important but I won't take you away for 2 hours for portraits. You should be enjoying the day you’ve been planning and waiting for! I will streamline your photos so you will actually get to celebrate with your loved ones.

I love weddings! I love to capture beautiful memories from your special day that you can cherish for a lifetime. This is a day worth celebrating in every form! I love seeing couple's personality shine through in the style of their wedding. No staged, awkward feeling forced smiles and poses here! Photographs are what lasts once the wedding is over - they're memories of the biggest day of your life!

Engagements
The excitement of being engaged is such a fun time! My main focus is capturing the connection between the two of you. I love being a part of moments like this and getting to know my couples for the first time through photographing their engagement.

Family
Family is the most important thing in my life, and capturing moments with your most cherished loved ones is one of my biggest passions. Losing my mother in 2009 really shaped how I view photos - having the memories of her preserved forever is precious to me. I love providing that same thing for my clients to hold onto dearly.

Maternity
As a mother myself, I know how what a special time pregnancy is! There is such beauty in pregnancy, and it is such a fleeting time, that having photos to mark the start (or growth) of your family is so valuable.
